Experience comes over many years in the construction industry. Dave M. Dixon owner and CEO has over 25 years in the residential remodeling and finishing. He started 6 years ago initiating a company as a license General Contractor. He has prepared the company to become a professional operation and has a vision of becoming a full development company. 

Daniel F. Vasquez: has recently joint Colorado Blue Construction as an owner and V.P. Business Operations. He has been successful in building small manufacturing plants; he began in his early years in supporting the development of computer board level products.  After spending 20 years in the computer industry, he moved back to manufacturing plants such as office furniture, industrial water filtration systems, bio waste to energy, industrial fabrication systems, milling operation for precious metals. Daniel brings this experience in to the residential and commercial construction industry and is focused on control systems to Colorado Blue Construction to help in the delivery of high-quality service and improve the profitability of the company.  

We are responsible for the overall coordination of a project, as a general contractor Colorado Blue Construction also acts as building designer and supervisor (a tradesman in charge of a crew). We have contracted a highly skilled labor force who are certified within the CSI practices.
