Over the years of providing homeowners and small business owners construction building services, Colorado Blue Construction has realized that every job is unique. However, in every residential or commercial building there is a standard step-by -step process. Each step, however, has its own detail of elements and type of conditions that require experience to select the right material and resources to accomplish the activity.
For our potential and current clients, we have provided a brief step-by-step outline that include part of the sub elements. We have incorporated potential inspection within the process as well as things such as when invoices are prospectively paid. The explanation for this is to create transparency of objectives between the client/owner and the General Contractor and most importantly identify when things will begin and be completed. It will bring all parties involved on the same page and differences can be easily examined.
