That is a system that not only manages the project process but manages the day-to-day price changes of this volatile market. Of course, a business must survive these volatile market swings, but it also needs to create good will with the owner/client by controlling the price fairness. This requires a control system that provide up to date activity and costs that is shared with the owner of the business. Colorado Blue Construction has invested in UDA’s high progressive project management software called Construction Suite. It provides Colorado Blue Construction and our customers insight on the project online. 

We are responsible for the overall coordination of a project, as a general contractor Colorado Blue Construction also acts as building designer and supervisor (a tradesman in charge of a crew). We have contracted a highly skilled labor force who are certified within the CSI practices.
